However,Mike and I have decided to join a local Gym with swimming pool, Jacuzzi and Sauna. I really do think that physical activities help the body to produce endorphins and the release of endorphins in the body helps us feel better. When we exercice we also help the body to get rid of toxins, toxins can make us feel so miserable!<br /><br />My intention this year is to deepen my Buddhist practice further , I aim at spreading the knowledge of Nichiren Buddhism through my work. In Buddhist term we call it "Kosen Rufu", when we spread " Kosen Rufu" we help other human beings to find happiness, Joy and fulfilment in their lives.<br /><br />I feel very optimistic about 2014.
